Off to the Great Ocean Road

We slept soundly so got up later than planned, although could have laid in for longer! Had a continental breakfast which included a blend of orange and grapefruit juice from fruit picked from C& Ds garden, plum and kumquat jam (from garden) and bread with cold meat. Left Lara at midday for the Great Ocean road. Spectacular scenery, rolling surf and windy empty roads. Stopped at Erskine waterfall at Lorne (pretty bay) then Kennet River to take photo of cockatoos, parrots and koalas in wild. Arrived at Apollo Bay and checked in to Coastal motel for two nights.
