Laaunceston is a very beautiful city, with so many beautiful old churches and so many Edwardian style buildings. The downtown is small and wonderful. The pies, which Tasmania is famous for are so delicious. Found a fantastic bakery or two or 3. No need to eat anything else, but pies and delicious desserts, which I did. Then I made a walk to the unbelievable Gorge. Beautiful building as I walked there with the Gorge almost unseen prior to arriving there. A fantastic walkway all allong the gorge. What a wonderful day.
