We cannot leave this morning as the roads are still closed. Bob unhitched his car this afternoon and we went for a lovely drive down to a Gorge and Waterhole in search of the Yellow footed rock wallaby.

We were lucky enough to see a few of them.

The sun came out this afternoon and the skies cleared. There is an observatory at Arkaroola. After dinner we went to the observatory to view the stars. We saw new stars forming, the planet Saturn and many other interesting formations. I haven't been to an observatory before and I really enjoyed the experience.

what a trip
it doesn't look very wet there - are you sure you are not just playing for time? I'm glad I wasn't driving, it looks really wild, and the road looks the same width as the car!
