We went to Onkaparinga for a very hard walk (4 hours) with lots of very steep climbs and descents (what goes up must come down). It was very dry, but at least there was some water and we heard a lone frog. An amazing place. Must go back. Got very high and looked down into gorge, then very steep down hill. Rock hop for about an hour and then up hill again. We were sore for days after this one!
