Today Sabrina and I went to the Australia Zoo. The home of Steve Irwin! It was WONDERFUL. It is BY FAR the best zoo I have ever been to! We rode the train for two hours to the Sunshine coast and arrived just as it was opening, the day began hot and then ended up raining, which was fine with us because it was so damn hot. We got to see lots of reptiles, Asian otters, we fed elephants, watched turtle shows and croc shows, we got to pet koalas but best of all we got to hang out with kangaroos, it was so wonderfully awesome!!! I have LOTS of pictures that I will be posting. I can't believe all the stuff there is to do at this zoo. There was a "show" about nearly every animal at the zoo and the lesson of every show was conservation of wildlife. It was truly amazing. If it is at all possible, I am MORE in love with Steve Irwin than I ever before.
