....and so, more travels afoot for Pilate Peter and Cruisin Susan. This time in keeping with the watery theme we are off to Russia to cruise from Moscow to St Petersburg along the Volga-? Waterway with 12 other friends of like mind. To whet the appetite so to speak we will tempt you with some preliminaries. We have just returned from a six day sojourn with elder daughter Ella and her Spanish partner Dani who have ensconced themselves in Potts point having decided things were a bit depressing in Barcelona just for now. We of course are delighted they made the move. Dani's family not quite so but they appreciate the opportunities Australia has to offer at the moment. Dani has completed his degree in health sciences and Ella has returned to her work as a captioner. Our visit highlights included a picnic in centennial park. A ferry ride to balmain, home made paella and last but not least a personal wine session to test and discuss and experience a range of first class Australian and Spanish wines. Yum yum.
Our first stage on the next journey is an overnight in Singapore then 5 nights in Berlin before we fly to
Moscow. More to come.

Great to hear from you as I edit a 500 page report from MWH...why am I doing this .....so I can clear my deck and hook off to Bali for a well earned break...I hope you have a ball with your Russian hosts and your 12 kindred spirits......Maybe Ella and Dani will run into Zoe who has lived at Potts Point for s few years now...Kate and Richard have 3 really cool dude sons..Ayrton, Theo and Louis.
