After a great night at the Ormiston Gorge campsite we took a morning hike around the gorge and checked out the area. We packed a picnic lunch and headed off to the Ochre Pits, Serpentine Gorge and Ellery Creek Big Hole. The fish in the water holes are dying so some of places we visited were a bit stinky !

The scenery was fantastic and there are plenty of information signs telling us the local history of the area.
