This morning I did the optional bush tucker tour in Alice Springs. It was good. Learnt more about the aboriginals and how some of them still live today. We got to taste Damper, Kangaroo and Grub. The grub should be eaten alive. No one on our tour would do it though so it was cooked up. There was a chance to buy Aboriginal jewelery arts and crafts made on site.

We then traveled onto Uluru. I cant remember what happened along the way or what we saw.

The rooms were our cell rooms. tiny with 4 bunks. Once again no tv and communal showers.

Dinner you could buy from the shop or else you could buy food and meet and cook your own bbq. Most of us had an early night due to our very early morning rise.
