Hi All I visited Featherdale Wildlife Park on 14-Dec-08 and throughly enjoyed my trip. On the morning I googled and found I should take bus number 725 from blacktown.

The entry fee is 20$ per adult and 10$ per child. Park has great Australian wild life in natural habitat (mostly) though birds are in en closers, we find kangaroos walk freely in the park and koalas are in sheds with fence.
visitors can feed kangaroos wallaby or emu (1$ each cone) and can touch koalas. Friendly staff helps visitors take photos with koalas.

On an average koala sleeps 16-18 hours a day 😊
