Nice angle. Truck stop in Goulburn.
Well what a fortnight it has been since we left Melbourne Town.... A 12-hour road-trip complete with freely-roaming cat, (Mr. Lincoln refused to travel in his box, ripping his own thumbnail out of it's socket in protest), 10am beer requests (called in by Penny's Dad at the other end), a side-trip via Ettamogah Pub's own swearing cockatoo, & one insanely generous Original Lolly Store donation. (Thanks Piker!) Eventually arriving in 3 pieces, headless chook syndrome kicked in to the tune of mad Sydney-friend catch-ups, last-minute visa requirements & settling the cat into his new home.

Incase anyone out there hasn't heard the news of the century, Penny has but one minor hurdle to jump before she is awarded her United States Greencard .... A US Consulate interview in Sydney .... mid June .... (yes folks, that'd be one month post-departure date). Two mammoth flying days encompassing Canada & various US cities, & a big hole in her pocket later, Penny will by proving her worth to the Yanks as Dave downs a few quiet pints of Guinness in the Emerald Isle.

Starting to get excited knowing our first flight is only a week away!
