The next day we woke, checked out of our hotel and we wandering (with our bags), we walked over the Harbour Bridge, had breakfast at a cafe on the other side, Had a look at Lunar Park from the outside, didn't have time to go in and then caught the train to the airport.

Once at the airport excitement kicked in again.. first time in a plane! We got another stamp in our passports (EXCITING).

We spent a lot of time at the airport, Amanda likes to be early.

We got on the plane, Amanda was a little nervous but very excited, the plane started to move, that was a new feeling then all of a sudden there was this really loud motor noise and we were off it was so exhilarating Amanda loved it the smile on her face was huge.

Coming back down again was another story though, Amanda had the most awful pain in her ear (She was doing everything she had been told to do, sucking lollies, chewing lollies, trying to yawn). Shane couldn't believe it, he was looking at her looking so excited, looked away for 2 seconds looked back and Amanda was in tears. It took Amanda’s ears a couple of days to get back to normal, but they got there in the end.

And that was it, we were back in Auckland, through customs and off to another hotel for the night before heading home the next day.
