Hello Everybody,
Well, Christmas and New Years has come and gone, and so for you all its back to Uni or work. Sorry to report its hot, sunny and lovely here! ha ha ha.
Christmas was very odd for me, I didnt like being away from home at all, but once I finished my shift at work, me and my workmates headed down to Shelly Beach with 10 crates of booze kindly donated by work, and all got drunk and watched the sun go down. It ended up being a really nice evening, and it gave me the chance to get to know the people I work with better. Am now enjoying work, and although I will be pleased to leave there at the end of January, it has ment I have met alot more people and made alot more friends. Yeay!
New years was AMAZING! I had to work in the day, until 4.30, when I ran to meet the girls at the Ferry leaving for Circular Quay to meet Corinnes aunt Gaynor and get on the boat for our new years harbour cruise. Hint! If you have to get changed in a ferry toilet, be quick,

A friend from work. its below deck and you get motion sick VERY quickly! ha ha. So there I am, looking great having had loads of time to get myself ready for new years (!!) and what pulls up to collect us? A Yacht! It was so amazing, we all felt like movie stars! Free food and drink, and with only about 15 people in total on the cruise, we had loads of room. The fireworks where amazing, Sydney really goes all out for New Years, and the streets where rammed with people watching. Not only where we watching from the best vantage point, we where in the harbour parade, which meant we did lapd of the harbour and where all lit up with pretty lights. It also meant we where allowed in the inner ring reserved only for those boats in the parade, so all the riff raff where being kept away by the harbour police!! How cool! I have taken some photos of it all for you, and im going to attempt to attach a video too!!!! I have no idea how to go about doing that, so if there isnt one, then I gave up! ha ha.
Also went to
The Gang
Georgie, Gaynor, Corinne, Laurie and Alison before the cruise. Sydney Wildlife world with the girls (Laurie and Georgie arrived last week and are here for 2 weeks) and so I finally got to see a real Koala! But we couldnt touch it or cuddle it, but I have heard you can at Taronga zoo, so im going to give it a go! ha ha.
Anyway, im off to the beach, love you all, miss you! Nat xx
