A man named Steven Kratevz was captured for arrest after shooting an officer and stabbing a judge. He tried to escape the courthouse and fled to Washington. He remained with his mother. His mother kept hearing more news reports about him and so she called her son in. The police captured him shortly after the call.

In general this relates to what is going on in our recent society and how fast technology is working when trying to capture a individual; media is traveling fast.

The cause and effect relationship would be that because this man had done such violating crimes against people he was captured. He was well known among the media because of theses crimes and eventually the media attention caused his mom to turn him in.

I wanted to know if there was a specific reason why this man dug hmself in a deeper whole by hurting more individuals? Does he have a mental disorder?
