North Richland Hill's water park was so much fun! It really made a very hot day much nicer. Our favorite rides were the wave pool, the lazy river, the Green Extreme, and the Vortex. The Green Extreme is unusual in that it pushes you up hill several times making for a nice long water slide. The Vortex was great because three of us could ride at once. It ends in a big funnel-shaped slide that sends you back and forth, high on the walls, before ending in the pool. Another bonus to the park is that you can bring your own cooler. We would play awhile then go rest and snack for a few. We stayed all afternoon, until it closed at seven. An amazing time was had by all. Thanks for the tickets Mom!
