7/18/13 - Fort Laramie

7/18/13 - Fort Laramie, WY - Ok, the flies are about to take over. The rv park is like an open field, full hookup. Lots and lots of trains coming by.

We went to walk the Oregon Trail site, saw the tracks left by the wagons in the limestone formations. Really hot here. Went for lunch at the Trail Inn Bar and Grill. Ham boats were the special of the day - ham po'boy with swiss cheese. From here went to "Register Wall" a site where travelers going west stopped to carve their names in the limestone.

Went out for mexican food.
