Day 2 Sheridan , Wyoming To Raton, New Mexico

Well, as you can see from the overview map, we did not make it to Santa Fe as planned. Took longer to get through Denver than we figured. I guess it is a little bigger city than I thought it was. The roads are still good, but for one ten mile section south of Sheridan.
The temperature is starting to get a bit warmer, but the wind has been blowing pretty hard, so did not seem too warm.
Only took a couple of pics today, so not a lot to look at yet. Just as it was getting dark we came up through the Trinidad pass, and into New Mexico and though it was very nice, it was too late to take pics. Hopefully will have something for you tommorrow.

Chugwater, Wyoming
This is the main street of a neat little town called Chugwater in the middle of nowhere in southern Wyoming. They had a huge billboard on the interstate enticing us to come try their “Chugwater Chili”. It was incredibly delicious, and would recommend it to all.
