Pre Trip Troubles

You know how when you have months and months to prepare for something and you dream of being ultra organized with packing clothes, meal planning, cleaning, etc. It was a nice dream. Our reality is we leave in less than a day and a half and the RV still isn't packed. We've shopped Costco and Super 1 and Walmart and PetSmart and the Franz Bakery Outlet, all in the last 3 days and we still don't have all the items on our list. CRAZY!! We'll spend a 1/5 of our trip budget and we haven't even started our vacation! But at least our four kids have been a "GREAT" help. ;D I did check out some classic books on CD from the library - the kids don't know yet how blessed they'll be! Surprise Road Trip Treat!!! Seriously though, it'll be good to just get on the road Monday morning. Ready or not, here we come - Midwest America!!!
