despite never having milked an animal before apart from a cow once, and only for second on Katie's family farm, I'd say I'm not half bad. haha.

Anne's friend Jill invited me over to the lake to go for a little boat ride and swim. Turns out the end of the dock has a motor on it so we put some chairs, a table, and brought cocktails and appetizers. The water felt glorious! Like bath water compared to Tahoe.

on my last day on Whidbey I walked to this ancient cedar that an artist told me about. it's over 500 years old and has the spirit of an ancient goddess. this picture kind of captures how i felt
