Even though we stayed in Springfield on the way down to Disneyland we didn't go through the park because of the weather. We took a little bit longer again today, but it is hard not to because these parks are so beautiful. The kids thought that the mile long tunnel was pretty awesome. This park is not as red as the Valley of Fire but the views from up on top of the park are phenomenal. Enough typing, enjoy the pics.

If you look just below the center of the picture you can see one of the windows of the 1 mile long tunnel.

The is a 1 mile hike right after you exit the tunnel in which you can go the the Canyon Overlook. The Canyon overlook shows the switchbacks in which you drive to get to the tunnel entrance.

As you can see from this photo the hike is on the side of a small canyon including small bridges. The whole path is only about 3 feet wide.

Not sure if you can see the switchbacks in the background but they are in the green area between the kids.
