With a whole day to spare before our night bus to New Orleans we get Scotty some new tops and take a last stroll along the Riverwalk. We didn’t have any sights to rush off to see so we just sat and people watched, we think it’s the first time we’ve switched off our brains!
Texas has been a very friendly state from the beginning. While sat in Starbucks we see a random guy buy a starbucks sandwich and drink for a homeless man and just leaving it there without him seeing who it was. We don’t think we’d see that back home!
We’re currently on the second bus of the night heading to New Orleans from Houston (yes we’re on a bus using wi-fi – crazy! I know Maggi will struggle to get her head around that!) We’ll try to get some sleep so we have lots of adventures to report to you tomorrow!
