BBQ Pilgrimage

We woke up the next morning and went out to breakfast with everyone. Uncle David had joined the fun by then (he got in REALLY late the night before). Had some really good biscuits and gravy at a little diner in town. =)

Then we decided we couldn't have gone all the way to Texas and not get BBQ. Last year when we visited Texas, there was an ice storm. Driving long distance was pretty impossible. This time, we needed BBQ. We spent a couple hours planning and deciding which place to hit up. Finally we decided on a little place way up in Dallas. Off we went to Off The Bone. Guys- it was worth the journey. We were stuffed with some great food.

That night we all sat around drinking and chatting it up. Good times. =)
