Getting Ready for the East Coast!

After planning this trip for what seems years, we finally have our air, hotels, and car in place! We are using our frequent flyer trips available from Southwest Airlines and many of our hotels are courtesy of our Hilton Honor Rewards Program! Researching the hotels has been a challenge - relying on tripadvisor.com, as well as other google searches - I've had a reputation for getting my family into "interesting" hotels before, and am determined this trip they will all be pleased with no deserved complaints regarding the accomodations (one can hope...).

Asked youngest to prepare a list of places she would like to see on the trip (mind you, it's a 10 day trip) - of course, she came up with 2 pages - in the states we will be visiting, but...of course they are miles and miles outside of our range. I will be narrowing it down and trying to establish some sort of an itinerary for us to follow...
