The night was quiet and without snoring. Rain started about 2AM and continued throughout the night. I will keep this short. The day was long and rain lasted until almost 1PM. Visibility for most of the day was less than 100'. There was little talk and lots of walk. We were cold, wet and tired when we reached the shelter at 2:45PM. We changed cloths warmed up had supper and now are headed for bed ay 6PM. Tomorrow is supposed to be dry and clear. We will stop in Port Clinton, PA to pick up a resupply box. We now have less than 1,000 miles remaining, 979.9 miles from here. It might not sound exciting but the numbers look much better than when we started this walk three years ago.
