It took us almost a whole day to drive from Bar Harbor to Philly. Mostly because of heavy rain that lasted for a few hours. There we were where The Declaration of Independence was signed and the U.S. constitution was written in 1776 and 1787 respectively. looking from our spot. It was 6 o'clock and more and more people were coming to get their spots for the show.

A chair just can't beat a tent. Especially, when rain was predicted this evening.

It had been raining for awhile at this point. I got funnel cake(fried bread topped with icing) and it got a bit wet by the time I got back to my seat.
