After my stay in New York, the main part of my travels.

I went to stay with Kelsey, a counselor from last year. She is originally from Arizona, went to Uni in LA, and is now on a pre med school program at a college called Bryn Mawr, 30 mins west of Philladelphia city.

I was there 10 days. Wed - Friday. Kelsey started classed on the monday, so the first 5 days, i got a tour around and met all her fellow course mates. All of them are post grads and around 22-25 yrs old. It was so much fun. We hit a bar friday night, and Sat night they had a course BBQ before going to a bar!

I met up with one of the nurses one day and he showed me round the city. We went to the Ben Franklin museum. Its like the London science museum. There was also a King Tut show with Ancient Egyptian treasures on show. It has been the most successful Egyptian exhibition ever in the USA. It's temp, has been there since Feb and has attracted 1.4 million people.

We also ran up the Art musuem steps. The same steps Rocky ran up in his movie. The view from up there was amazing. Unfortunately all those pics are on a throw-away camera.

The following week, when Kelsey was at class, I just chilled around the house. One of the days I met up with another counsellor, Mike, from camp and we went to the King of Prussia mall. One of the 3 biggest malls in the USA..and it certainly is mind blowing!

Another day, Kels and I did the tour of Indepedance hall, where the decloration of independance was signed, and we saw Liberty bell..which was made in England!!

One night we went to a place round the back of the Art museum called Boat House row. It is all lit up and night, and the view in the other direction of the city all alight was special (see the pictures)

Thats about all. On friday I jumped on a China Town bus. It goes from city to city stopping in the china towns instead of the main bus depots. Then I had to find my way to Penn station in the centre of Manhattan..then the Long Island Rail Road train to Long Island to stay with Ryan.
