Another summer is in full swing and once again we are preparing for another road trip. 21 days of pure bliss! This is a trip that we had planned two years ago, but decided to scratch it due to the heat. Well this year we decided to take the bull by the horns and go for it…drought conditions, wildfires, flooding and all! This year the route will take us to 14 states, 4 National Parks, 12 National Historic Sites, 1 Brewery, 3 Museums, 1 Tabasco Plant, 2 Plantations, 1 Alligator Farm, 1 Kings Mansion and a whole lot of National Forests (including the Ozarks). The house sitter is waiting in the wings and I am filling out “Do Not Forget” lists like crazy…ahhh…let the packing begin!
