After a nice rest at Riverbend RV Park we stuck out for La Grande, Or. traveling through the Methow Valley passing many orchards, more creeks and lakes. Stopped at a pull off for a view of Chief Joseph Dam, then traveled south by Dry Falls, Lenore Lake, and several area's named ______ Coulee. Had some pretty good climbs of better than 4000 ft. and Shelby had some trouble making some of the climbs, so we stopped at Wal-Mart in Moses Lake for him to buy an air filter to see if that will help. On to Flying J in La Grande, Or.
Today we travel from Oregon through Idaho into Nevada, to spend the night in Wells, Nv., you guessed it at a Flying J
Had both RV's washed before leaving this morning. This time we paid to have them washed, and they really looked like they had been washed. Shortly after getting on the road, the check engine light on Shelby's and Leta's RV came on, so we hit the shoulder..the light went off and we never knew why, so on to KOA in Salt Lake City, Ut. to spend 2 nights and to tour Temple Square.
