Our 1st day on the road!

Hi all.

We left today around 9:40am and arrived at our Best Western hotel around 6pm; they have a nice restaurant, and an even nicer heated pool which we enjoyed tonight. We drove a total of around 430 miles today.

Mount Hood and the Columbia River Gorge in Oregon were beautiful today; weather was cloudless and in the 80s all day. We plan to spend some time in Boise, Idaho tomorrow and then onto Camp Gunnison Colorado by Thursday. Not sure if I will get any Internet service once we leave Idaho so I will communicate at least tomorrow.

I don't have any pictures to share today; actually I am just too tired to go down to the car and get the camera!
