Concert Venue - Siccckkk
Little Rock --> Oklahoma City

Have been heading steadily westward on route 40 for days. Woke up in Little Rock this morning, went and checked out the city. it was SICK! Right away I got a Green Tea Boba Smoothie so I was immediately happy. And the place just ROCKED (no pun intended). There was this little market square with a farmers market and a park right on the edge of the Arkansas River. Next to that was this sweeeet concert venue, the stage was backed up against the river and all the seats were facing it. I wanna PARTAYY there. We wandered around the park for hours, I was lovin' it. Took lots of pictures, climbed a bunch of rocks (scraped my arm doing so, would you expect any less?).

I finally tore myself away from this city and we headed out to Fort Smith. If any of you out there ever decide to travel this route, i suggest you DRIVE RIGHT PAST Fort Smith. What a waste that was. Whack Ass city. we drove around trying to look for cool stuff and a place eat and eventually just PEACED the f out to Oklahoma because we got

Coy! I think?
so annoyed haha. Then to cheer up I belted out the Paul Simon song "You Can Call Me Alllllll!!!". Shortly thereafter came the quote of the day:

Me:

I think I just saw armadillo roadkill!

Oh, the little things..

So then we arrived in Oklahoma city and had some BOMB Thai food. It was seriously amazing. Ive had Thai a few times in my life (recently) and I must say that the Tom Kha Kai soup was the Best i've ever had. yummmmm. I want some more. GIMME SOME MO'!! (that's for you, Jeff). So we walked around this town for a bit while digesting our Thai feast and came to the conclusion that it's a GHOST TOWN. Seriously. You'll see in the pictures. There's no cars. no people. We clapped and yelled and listened to our echos. I kid you not. We found our way to a pub though, and discovered some life form. They had banana flavored Hefe, just like the Otter 😊 (Otter's is better, of course). When we were done sampling Oklahoma brewed beer we walked down to this bar/restaurant on a second story patio. There was a band playing which is why we ended up there, we followed our ears. I ordered a red stripe and it came out in this tall, fancy glass; hands down the most classy Red Stripe I've ever had. and THEN - here's where it gets good - the band started playing Comfortably Numb. That was all I needed. Happy in that moment.

And so yeah, sorry this blog is a night late. The motel we stayed in last night had some whack internet connection and I had no patience for it. Going to load pictures now. Enjoy ~

Peace&Love.
