NYC
Outside at night! Yippie!!!! How we both love NYC! I know... it's chessy... but it's true. Adam and I went together this year for a part work, part pleasure two night stint. We took the train from Harrisburg to the city, which by the way is the way to go. We checked out the theatre that we will be performing in January. We have named the trip our "Searching for Famous People." We went to where they film the morning show with Meredith and I got my picture taking with MARTHA STEWART! How Freakin' Cool is that! Next time I get crafty I will have to pull out the pic for inspiration. We saw November, a great new play by David Mamet (who we both love) and Nathan Lane, Laurie Metcaff, and the guy that played the dad in Across the Universe. Then we saw The Country Girl with MORGAN FREEMAN, Peter Gallagher, and Frances McDermond. What an experience. Of course we did an amazing amount of walking, walking, walking, and more walking. We went to the top of the Empire State Building, Strolled through Central Park, relaxed at Rockefellar Center and went to a pretty lame comedy club. Well, a few people were

Tiki Barber funny... the headliner was so bad that he sat down and just started asking people where they were from. Interesting thing about this trip is that it was so fast, we were so busy, and did a lot of of the touristy stuff that I either have never done or haven't done since I was too little to rememeber. No trip to the village... but I'll be sure to make it there in January! Can't wait to come back to the city!!!!!!
