Our friends were off to work before we even got up, so we had a cup of coffee at their house in Walpole, NH, said goodbye to the giant great dane, and headed west. We took lots of scenic roads today and once again crossed the river into Vermont and then into New York. We think New York is every bit as gorgeous as Vermont and New Hampshire this time of year.
Our highlight today was the Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum at Cooperstown, NY. We spent almost three hours there, and could have spent three days. It's a lot of fun, full of interesting memorabilia and information detailing the history of baseball. I'm not a big sports' fan and I still enjoyed it a lot. The video clips of "great plays" were especially entertaining. It wasn't crowded at all and the museum volunteers were helpful and funny. Cooperstown is a pretty little town on a lake and it's interesting to me how shop after shop cashed in on the baseball theme.
We are now in the Finger Lakes area of New York, a lovely area with a lot of expensive homes.

All I know about "One Love" is that it is a Bob Marley song. Maybe he lives there. Dave has Cooperstown museum on his Bucket List.....great pics....maybe we will make it there someday. Are you getting back home soon?
