The sun's rays come streaming down
through empty sky,
thunderclouds and aspen leaves -
and strike an ant next to me
scurrying about for its morning meal

coffee black as night on my other side
the sound of the ocean
lapping with the wind in the trees
Thunder rumble approaching
tumbling nearer
clouds swell, the ocean swells
the sun's rays disappear

A drop of rain strikes my nose
like a river to the sea
the rain unto me

Hello out there in e-land! It has been quite awhile since the last one of these funny little things here on this blog, and quite a lot has happened! This is a long one, but I hope you enjoy it:

We last left of our tale as the two adventurers, Kyle and Max, entered the dry and harsh land of Ojavan on their trusty steeds, Bixby and Rosa. Our heros were high in spirits from a wonderful stay in the forest and meeting all of the wonderful sregnar and tsiruot people, but things did not stay comfortable for long. No, as they entered the land of Ojavan, they soon realized that difficulties lurked around every corner. Inching across the arid landscape, they battled the demon brothers dniw and taeh, who pushed them to the brink of insanity. Just when it seemed our heros were done for - they were saved by a wonderful family from the ipoh tribe, who took them under their wing and nourished them with a traditional meal of cheeseburgers, chips, chicken, and brownies. After resting their weary bones in the mesa village and recovering their strength, our heros continued their journey through the desert. With the goddess tailwinda on their side, they flew at light speed into the land of the ancient izasana people - the ancestors of the ipoh tribe. Kyle and Max, guided by Merlin, of the regnar krap people, explored the ancient izasana cliff dwellings in the extraordinary canyon de chelly. With a new found strength from eating the rare and sacred yawbus food, given by the gods etaroproc and paehc, our heroes flew at hitchhiking speed into arizona and left the land of Ojavan. They had found much hidden beauty in its difficult landscape, though, and were amazed by the generosity of everybody they met.

With determination, they continued towards the reunion of the Rainbow tribe, with some help and hospitality along the way from Luap and Nonnahs in Gallup, NM - two very kind souls who shared the same drive for adventure as our heros. With inspiration and beauty around every turn, Kyle and Max sliced through the open expanse and finally arrived at the Warriors of the Rainbow gathering. Our heros were immediately welcomed home with open arms and fed in their bliss 7-up and Yeast surrounded by their brothers and sisters who were lovin' all the ovens and jammin' to the fire, rainbows and thunder gods all day and all night long (you'll probably only get that if you've been before...)

Culminating with a prayer for peace on the fourth of July, the Rainbow Tribe reunion peaked at over 15,000 people. Muddy, smelly, bug bitten, and very happy, our heros pushed their steeds Bixby and Rosa up and out of the magical meadow.

At this point in time, our story comes to a fork - for our two heros sadly depart separate ways. Max, obliged by Krow, had no choice but to return back home to his friends and family. But fret not! Though he has departed this adventure and this story, he will return! He must prepare for his future adventures south to the lands of Urep and Elihc - so stay tuned. He will likely make one of these silly e-pages to tell all of you loved ones in e-land about his wild journeys.

Kyle, on the other hand, continues his journey - flying solo with his trusty steed Bixby. Weighed down by mud and dirt, Kyle decided to spend a day rejuvenating in the warm waters of the earth. At the springs, he met some wonderful folks Divad, Acissej, and a woman from the land of AL, who suggested paths to take through the mountainous of Odaroloc, where our hero is soon headed.

But he now find himself on a beautiful small farm in the Far East - the land of Soat. Here in Soat, the mountains tower thousands of feet above the humble little town, which is buzzing with creative energy and joviality. Kyle sought refuge for the night at the Hanuman Temple, where he was welcomed with loving arms and fed a wonderful dinner and given a safe place to rest for the night.

Last night Kyle was welcomed by the generosity of Ffej, Aeslehc, and Nitsuj onto their small farm and is enjoying the smell of things growing. Surrounded

by wonderful people and strengthened by all of the love from home, our hero will continue forward - following beauty and love into the rugged and timeless mountains in the lands of Odaroloc.

High-hooooo, Siillllvvvveer!

Stay tuned for the next chapter in our heros journey

And with all joking aside - I love you all, friends and family, and hope wonderful adventures of your own are gracing you in these beautiful summer months. We are all very blessed to be alive

So much love,
Kyle

Journey on
Journey on my wayward son. Because when the Journey's off. It ain't a Journey no more. Live it, Dream it. Hold it, Speak it. Share it, Give it. Then let it go! Best wishes, Papa and remember: When there is a fork in the road; take it!

Bon Appetit
Kyle, I hope you are well and that your journey is full of adventure and glorious sights. It was nice meeting you in Sgnirps-Asogap. I hope your rig is holding up. I was so fortunate to have not a single flat tire on my ride from Durango to Taos. The climb up through Tierra Amarilla was tough. I walked my rig for about 5 miles in intervals. The descent was sweet though, especially with the BOB Yak helping me down. A cinnamon-colored juvenile black bear came within a quarter mile of my campsite and a road angel named Terry West took a picture of it. The bear never bothered me. I spent the night under the first lean-to that I came upon at the top of the mountain. My jounral is posted at www.crazyguyonabike.com Search for "Durango".....or should I say "Ognarud"?
