After two years of waiting around the house for anything (which turned out to be nothing) to happen I was ready to snap like a cold carrot. Pulled out the US maps and decided on a National Park bucket list tour. Headed out on the 15th of March and slid into Pensacola to visit our son Noah in training at Corry Station in Pensacola, Florida. Drove out of Pensacola on the 17th and ended up in X-Ville on the 18th to see Baby X and Parents X. Cooked two family dinners, washed laundry and babysat Baby X before leaving on the 20th of March for that impossible to be missed; 700 mile sage brush speckled cruise across I-10 to El Paso and then north to Alamogordo. It is now the 25th of March and while I've seen lots of family and driven over 2,000 miles I've yet to peer at a National park. Whatever. My bad.

See attached photos of various personages and places encountered so far. Perhaps I'll have something more to say at a later date but don't count on it. Der mentsh trakht un Got lakht.
