Minneapolis

After almost a day in the air (or waiting around at LAX) we arrived in Minneapolis at 9.30 pm to the warmest of warm welcomes from Nancy's Aunt Dee and cousin Sandy. We were driven back to Sandy's house and fed up before we were sent to bed (which made up for North West Airlines not feeding us on the flight from LA).

Today we slept in and spent the afternoon at the Mall of America, the biggest shopping centre in the world! Why didn't we bring bigger suitcases? We were expecting cold weather here in the mid west, but today was a beautiful sunny, mild day. Perhaps the snow will hold off until tomorrow...
