Today Larry, Ginger (our mini-daschund) & I left our house at about 9:00 (EST). We got right on the road. We only took a couple of stops for food, gas & walk the dog. Larry has so far driven the entire distance.

We "landed" Spaulding Lake Campgrounds in Niles, Michigan for the night. Not much here...just a place to sleep & get our batteries charged for the next leg.

Our plan is to head right to Puyalup, Washingston to visit Larry's cousin, Cindy Dunn.

My husband, Larry and I are both retirees of the State of New York. Larry has been retired since 2005 and I recently retired in February 2011. We reside in West Sparta, NY with our 21 year old daughter, Kayla. Kayla is currently a colleget student at St. John Fisher College in Pittsford, NY. She will be a senior this fall.
