The Countdown

The Countdown is always difficult. The final getting ready for a trip, no matter how long or short. This trip is to Maine for just a week. Stop the mail. Stop the newspapers. Get the dog to a kennel. Get all the clothes clean and pressed. Set up the light timers. Get out the door.

But the hassel is usually worth it.
