In the article Bangladesh garment workers get union rights, higher pay in wake of deadly factory collapse" there are a few rights violated over all. For example, article 23 states that everyone has the right to form and to join trade unions for the protection of his interests. Also on that may apply is article five that says no inhuman or degrading treatment because these workers are forced to work in buildings where only three out of the eight floors are actually real making things really dangerous. I think that this situation is a horrible one for these workers to be in. One of the buildings collapsed and killed many people, this can happen to any of the other buildings yet people still work there and are paid a lot less than the minimum wage in the US. Also, there are no emergency exits in these buildings and some of the floors aren't built to support the people working on them.
