Michael's Pantera
Back in the day. No hand warmers, no electric start and no reverse. Not to mention a primitive suspension. Snowmobiles have come a very long way.Today Michael is flying to Chicago from La Guardia in New York. This will be his third trip to snowmobile northern Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. We drive from Chicago to Land O' Lakes, WI tomorrow and start snowmobiling on Monday. It's going to be the coldest week so far this winter up there with overnight lows in the 20-30 below zero range and highs in the low single digits during the day. The trails are reported to be in very good shape so the only thing to hold us back might be the cold, but we're tough old guys.
