Boy Scouts

1. This takes place in Grapevine, Texas and was in effect on January 1.

2. The people that are involved are the boy scouts of America. (youth or gay youth membership only)

3. The rights that are protected is the right of expression and no discrimination because both heterosexual and homosexual youths can join.

4. I think it is great that they have a program for gay youths because not all gay youths feel like they fit in or fear from being judged by others. Also they can be included with other youths that are not homosexual. Another solution to this maybe to create more gay youth programs so it would be more fun for them to make new friends and build strong relationships.
