At the Kalalau Lookout
View of the Kalalau Valley, the largest valley on Na Pali.

Waimea Canyon
Dubbed "The Grand Canyon of the Pacific" by Mark Twain, it is the largest canyon in the Pacific and truly a dramatic sight to behold.

Nounou Mountain
The Nounou Mountain ridge bears a striking resemblance to a sleeping giant. Legend states that this giant fell asleep after eating too much at a luau and has not awoken yet.

Ho'opi'i Waterfall
It is a small 15 ft. waterfall along Kapa'a Stream. This is one of the very few waterfalls on Kauai that can be accessed by an easy hike that is not on private property.

Wild Chickens and Roosters
It is said that with Hurricane Iniki (1992), the domestic chickens and fighting roosters were freed from their cages to roam and multiply.
