t-minus 7 hours and counting

Mark and I leave tonight for our 2 month jaunt across the globe and without a doubt, it is going to be incredible. Tonight we leave from JFK and head for our first stop in Iceland. We arrive at 6:30 on Sunday morning and we pick up our rental car and head off. We do not meet up with Grant until the 6th when we arrive in Amsterdam

July 11-20 Madrid, Pamplona (running of the bulls), San Sebastian, Bilbao, Barcelona
July 20-23 Nice
July 23-26 Interlaken
July 26-August 2 Northern Italy, Southern Italy, Rome
Aug 2-3 Dusseldorf
Aug 4-27 Thailand, Bangkok for 4-5 days, Northern Thailand (Chang Mai), Southern Thailand (Ko Samui, Ko Phan Nang, Krabi, etc.)
Aug 27-29 Hong Kong
Aug 29 JFK


We have booked places to stay in most of the places, but there are other places we have not decided where to stay. So if anyone has any suggestions/recommendations about where to stay, what not to miss, etc, your input would be greatly appreciated.
