My First Greyhound Bus Ride!

Our next visit was Windsor. We rode the Greyhound bus from Los Angeles to Santa Rosa - an 8 hour ride. I won’t forget this experience, really. The bus route, which I never expected was different. I was expecting that we would use mostly the freeway but instead it went through some towns and cities. I saw the large vineyards and farms in Napa Valley.

It was a delight to see my two aunts there, Tita Moni and Tita Sibi. We stayed at Tita Sibi’s house. She and Tito Romy were the ones left in their big house. It’s cooler there in Santa Rosa compared to Los Angeles.
