Halo Awards

A modern day enlightened philosopher would be Nick Cannon. He is currently living with his wife and two children. He was born in 1980 on October 8th, 2013, in San Diego, California. He is most recently known for his tv series Wild 'N' Out and the producer of teenick, a tv station. I picked Cannon because he started the Halo awards in 2009. The Halo awards reward children/ teenagers for doing exceptional things in the world to help improve something. Some children organize their own food drive for the homeless, and other children made their own healthy foods by growing it themselves. The students grew Their own foods to give to the people who are struggling so they can have healthy alternates instead of fast foods that aren't healthy. By Nick cannon starting the Halo awards, it's recognizing the students who do well. The halo awards happening multiple times gives students the feel that they need to do something to achieve what will make them recognized.
