The past two days have been splendid! Outside of the atrocious California drivers and traffic (We saw one guy in a fit of road rage throw a large cup of soda out his window at another car) we have been having a wonderful time on the west coast!
We stayed in the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego right on the bayfront for the evening of July 4th. We ate out at a seafood restaurant in the Seaport Village and then watched the fireworks from the comfort of our hotel room. It was romantic and relaxing.
Today we spent 5 hours exploring the San Diego Zoo and then drove north to Dana Point just south of Laguna Beach. We walked on the beach here and then watched the sunset and saw some seals resting on a bou
