Day in L.A.

I am still not quite yet off to Australia, but had a great day in L.A. with Jill. So good to catch up with her and reminisce about all the fun times we had in El Paso. We had a fabulous day riding up the coast to Venice Beach for a good breakfast and a quick jaunt on the beach.

We then headed further up the coast to my fav Malibu restaurant - Gladstones, baby! - for some yummie oysters and coconut shrimp.

Great relaxing day and a good way to kick off my vacation. Not looking forward to my 14 hour flight at midnight. But, I have my tylenol pm at the ready.
