We started the day with a scenic stop at Emerald Lake. There were some stunning views and the lake was sparkling. We then stopped for some brunch in Tahoe City before driving on to Squaw Valley,the site of the 1960 Winter Olympics. We had a look around the Valley which was rather quiet due to it being summer time. We had a look around the little shops and then drove back to Lake Tahoe via a road of very big houses. We returned to Harrah's and once again ate at the food court. We then walked around the shops in Lake Tahoe before returning to our hotel.
