Death Valley Sand Dunes & Furnace Creek Sunset Campground
Friday Dec 22 we headed toward Furnace Creek & stopped to walk around the sand dunes. After our walk we arrived at Sunset campground 15 minutes after Wendy's parents arrived there. We all though that was quite amazing they came from Oregon & us from Colorado.
The Park Service has reconfigured all the sites at Sunset & lost around 200 sites according to the Host. The Host said all the the sites are now back in except for 1 row with 10 pull-thru sites. I was told I was bad because I had pulled in facing forward & had not bscked in & was told in the future I was to back in.
We are staying here until Jan 3 then we will go to Terribles Lakeside Casino & RV Park in Pahrump, NV
