Explored the Spit today. I have never scene so many RVS in one place. Almost the entire spit is used for camping. Had the best ever breakfast burrito at Bakery Heaven. Walked Rainy along the beach and did a little shopping. Took a drive in the mountainside​ along Kachemak bay. Gorgeous ride thru the switchbacks. Sat on the deck to soak up some sun and the view.

Just entered South Dakota! First day of travel went pretty smooth. Minor change of plans this am. . . Had planned on taking my vehicle but at the last minute decided to take Mike's truck! A little bit of extra work - but I think it was the right decision. More room, better tires, 4 wheel drive for the snow that is predicted, etc.... full info
