I've always wanted to spend more time exploring the fun parts of Mexico, as well as to visit Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras and Nicaragua. Additionally, every time I've visited Costa Rica, I've found myself wishing I had more time to explore this wonderful country. I finally have my opportunity!

Pollito and Vaca

So you might be wondering who is Pollito, and what is a Vaca? Well, my name is Chris, and I am Pollito! When my girlfriend (now wife) Maureen found out that the rooster is my Chinese calendar animal for the year of my birth, she told me I am her Pollito (little chicken), even though the word for rooster in spanish is gallo. Go figure! By this token, since Maureen is an ox, I told her my nickname for her is Vaca (cow).
