A very special, sincere and heartfelt thank you to Auntie Linda and Uncle John for graciously contributing to my trip to Ghana.

My heart is filled with love, gratitude and great appreciation for everyone’s kindness, help and support.
When I stop to think about all the despair and desolation in the world and the loneliness that encompasses the lives of so many individuals, I am so grateful and indebted to the family and friends I have been blessed with. Thank you for your help, unconditional love and incessant support.

How far that little candle throws his beams!
So shines a good deed in a weary world.
~William Shakespeare

Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope... and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance. ~Robert F. Kennedy

How beautiful a day can be
When kindness touches it!
~George Elliston

Unselfish and noble actions are the most radiant pages in the biography of souls. ~David Thomas
